Input Hopper: In smaller models, it can be manually fed. However, for larger models, it is recommended to install a bucket elevator to ensure continuous feeding and maximize the husker's capacity.

Electric motor available in three-phase or single-phase options. We always choose high-efficiency motors, of the enclosed type TEFC, resistant to humid, dusty, and dirty environments.

Hulling - Peeling Chamber. This part of the machine is where the screens are installed for hulling - peeling cherry coffee or parchment coffee. The hulling - peeling process of the beans occurs through friction between them; the result of this process being green coffee.

The outlet flap allows regulating the residence time of the coffee in the peeling chamber and consequently the required degree of peeling.

All our hulling machines come with a fan for removing the coffee husk. If you need to transport the husk far from the machine, remember to request an additional fan.

The transmission from the drive shaft to the driven shaft is via a pulley and drive belt. All our hulling machines are equipped with a cover as a safety measure for the operator.

​The husks (parchment, hull, or chaff) are separated from the green coffee by an air stream through the screened bottom of the peeling chamber and in an aspiration column located at the outlet. For this purpose, the equipment includes an integrated centrifugal fan.

Air recirculating chamber can be fitted with a magnetic neodymium catch plate to secure ferrous debris.
